Reservations are going fast for our New Year's Eve Italian Farm House Feast, we hope you will join us......

If you're skiing at Sipapu tomorrow and Sunday we'll be there selling our baked goods, come on out and have some.

We are trying out the new Fall - Winter menu at Sugar Nymphs, come in either fri. or sat. night from 5 - 8 and try some of our new menu items. Manicotti, Old Fashioned Pot Roast and Baked Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes. All cooked in our stone floor oven.

This week's menu is all about local ingredients from farms in our area and Sunday brunch we will be serving peaches delivered to our door from Colorado. Hope you will stop in for some wonderful fresh food and of course on Sunday there will be complimentary scones with our house made berry jam for brunch.

Friday night, August 19, Sugar Nymphs will be hosting the Steady Rollers. They will begin playing in the park beside the bistro around 6 pm, come grab a bite to eat and listen to some good tunes on a Summer evening.

The sunflowers are starting to appear beside the roads, everything is oh so green. Come on up and have some brunch with us on Sunday.

This Sunday, June 19th is Father's Day. Won't you bring your Dad into the bistro and give him a great meal for his special day? We'll be open from 10 - 3 for Brunch. Please make a reservation if you know that you will be joining us.

Starting next Mon., June 13th, we will be open 7 days a week for the Summer. Lunch - Mon. - Sat. 11 - 4, Dinner - Fri. and Sat. Only 4 - 8 and Sunday Brunch 10 - 3. We hope to see you this Summer.

Please don't miss our last Special DInner of the season..."Food from the Heart". It's this Sat. night, June 4. We will be serving Mexican Con Queso with Smoked Cheese and Green Chile and House Made Chips, Romaine Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing and Tomatoes and Avocado, Beef Tenderloin, Saffron Pasta with Mussles and Shrimp, Banana Coconut Cream Pie and a Coffee Ice Cream Sundae. It's Sunday and time for Brunch. No rain or snow but we do have coconut cream pie with graham cracker crust.

Sunday, May 8th is Mother's Day and we have a wonderful brunch planned for your Mom and the Mom's in your life. Reservations are a good idea, we'll be open from 10 - 2:30.

It's daylight savings time. Don't forget to Spring ahead oh and to come and have brunch with us. Starting tomorrow we will be opening at 10 am for brunch. All of you that have been wishing that you could eat earlier with us on Sunday your wish has come true we will continue to open at 10 am for brunch through the summer.

Spring is almost here. We will be changing our hours slightly on Sun., March 13th. That is the day daylight savings begins and we will start opening for brunch an hour earlier from now on at 10am. We will also stay open a half hour later for dinner until 7:30 that same week. Starting on Fri., Mar. 18th.

Don't miss our Special Dinner this Sat., March 5. We're calling it the "Birds and the Bees" in honor of Spring. We will be serving Asparagus Shortcake, Apple Salad with Pecans and Blue Cheese Bourbon Dressing, Gumbo, Lamb Chops and Crab Fritters. Oh and for dessert Pecan Pie or Hummingbird Cake. Sunday Brunch is a good excuse to take a ride in the country. Catch some of those sunny rays and see the world waking up after it's long Winter's nap. We'll be here with warm scones and specials, breakfast burritos, buttermilk waffles with lemon curd and fresh blueberries and old fashioned pot roast with potatoes and carrots.

Monday is my menu preparation day. Thought you might like to hear about what's for dinner this week. We are open Fri. and Sat. for dinner in the winter so for Feb. 26 and 27 we will be serving Ribeye Steak with Roasted Shallots and Fresh Thyme, House Made Pasta with Mushroom Ragu and Smoked Bacon, Chicken Paprikash with Spatzel and Fish with Red Wine.

Hey folks it's warm, clear, sunny and the roads are dry, what are you waiting for? Come on up and see us! We have Fresh, Crispy Beer Battered Fish for Lent with house made Tartar Sauce, so come and get some. And if you didn't give up sugar for Lent there's always Carrot Cake.

March is on it's way and with it we hope it brings winds to dry up the glorious mud we have. In honor of the eventual coming of Spring we are doing a 4 course dinner called "Birds and Bees". We will serve Little Corn Muffin, Asparagus Shortcake, Crab and Rice Fritters, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Lamb Chops, Pecan Pie and Hummingbird Cake and more, you'll have to come and see.
